• Always remove the current flooring you have. You can let the installer take care of it.
• You should keep your old carpet vacuumed so that the dust fly would be reduced.
• You should decide whether you or the installer move the furniture. Take care of fragile and valuable items such as vase and plants. Any accidental damage would not be the responsibility of our installer.
• You should measure the length and breadth of the entrance gate before selection of the carpet. You should make sure that the carpet does not brush off the surface as it would damage the carpet itself.
